Development and Design of Digital Services in the Health and Welfare Sector

This course is part of the Digital Services in the Health and Welfare Sector module. After completing this course, you are able to analyse the impacts of digitalisation in the operational environment in the health and welfare sector. You are able to analyse the operating processes and the development targets and shape new operating processes that utilise digitalisation from the viewpoints of clients and professionals. You analyse the opportunities provided by the technologies of virtual, augmented and mixed reality and applied robotics and their suitability for the production of health and welfare services.
