The course goes through basic principles of company law, focusing mainly on the regulation of limited liability companies. The course covers the establishment, organisational structure and operation of a company, and financial regulation as well as the responsibility of governing bodies. The course also covers the status of shareholders in a limited liability company, the making of shareholder agreements and their content and significance, as well as corporate social responsibility and compliance activities.
