Content and dates
The following topics will be covered in the course:
-What does the digitalization of the social and healthcare sector mean in the everyday life of professionals?
-Key laws, regulations, and guiding bodies behind digitalization
-Communication and interaction in digital channels
-Integrating traditional brick-and-mortar services with digital services
-Skills needed to operate in digital work environments
Learner's time use and workload
The scope of the course is 3 ects, which means 81 hours of student work.
Teaching methods
The course is implemented entirely online. The student can take the online course according to their own schedule.
