The course has assignments that are assessed. Some of the assignments are mandatory and must be completed and passed in order to pass the course. More detailed instructions on assignments and assessment are available in Moodle.

Blended implementation, lectures and contact teaching as well as independent virtual work. Course is in Finnish, but some material like course book will be in English. The course takes place in the Moodle workspace (including assignments, guidance material and information and discussion areas). Contact and Contact Blended courses involve contact teaching. The course focuses on business processes; their identification, modeling, analysis, development, control and management. Key topic areas are: - Business needs - Development cycle, continuous development - Process thinking - Process identification - Process modeling, BPMN - Process management, BPM - Process maturity - Measurement and evaluation - Standardization / harmonization (Governance)

Blended implementation, a combination of face-to-face studies and virtual distance learning. Blended implementation includes 8 face-to-face lessons. If you already know the learning outcomes of this course, you can demonstrate your skills.
