The course will run from 5.9.-12.12.2025. We will officially study on Fridays from 9.15-11.30, but if we take a break in the middle, we will add that time to the meeting if necessary. In practice, we finish at 11.40am.
We learn German through doing rather than lecturing, so we do a lot of small group work in the course meetings. In addition to assignments, the course also includes general language learning skills. The attendance expectation for Friday meetings is at least 75%, but participants should make an effort to attend every meeting, they are an essential support for the completion of the course. At the end of the course there will be an online exam which can be taken from home. The exam will be opened shortly before the last meeting, so it is possible to complete the course by 12 December, but the exam can also be taken the following week.
