This course is based on distance learning. One of the most essential question for corporations in the 21st century is how to foster a culture of continuous entrepreneurship (business transformation) within their organizations, and how to leverage that to develop and launch profitable innovative projects and new business activities. This course lays the ground for students potential to work as innovation managers, project leaders, and change agents in their future career. We focus on three areas: innovation management, platform management, and AI innovation management.

After completing the course, you will be able to:

recognize the role of entrepreneurship for firms' growth and argue for common challenges when deciding to expand and grow a venture
analyze and explain how firms grow through the management of entrepreneurship and innovativeness in the organization
describe the process of entrepreneurial team formation and the challenges and opportunities in building and managing such teams
motivate your employees to innovate and enterprise and sustain the entrepreneurial spirit in the organization
