What you will learn

After completing the course, the student is able to * reflect on his or her own experiences, feelings and attitudes towards disability and diversity * name Finnish special education and service systems, and recognize the underlying different values, meanings and paradigms in them * identify and name the features of an accessible society * consider co-operation with family and close entry professionals

* One literary prose book which handles disability or special needs and their efforts to one’s life. The book can be chosen by oneself.
