Prerequisites and co-requisites 485503S Indoor Environmental Investigations, part 2 485506A Heating and Ventilation and Air Condition Technologies Connections to other courses The course is an independent module and does not require other studies to be completed at the same time.

After completing the course, the student knows the course of the moisture damage repair project and the tasks of the designer. The student is able to assess the need for further research and repairs based on the condition assessment of the building and the condition survey reports. The student is able to evaluate alternative repair methods and acquires the skills to draw up typical repair plans. The student is also able to plan the cleanliness and humidity control of the construction site.
