Growth Management in Enterprises (OPEN UNI)

The course offers a management perspective on the development and growth of a business as part of the basic micro-entrepreneurship curriculum. Moreover, it provides a broad perspective on the different aspects of entrepreneurship and business elements. Students will gain an overview of the theory and tools of company growth and growth management. By the end of the course, they will recognize the role of management and be familiar with growth management areas such as financial and human resource management.
