After completing the course, you will have competence to: - identify and explain the concept of digital well-being. - recognize common digital media used by adolescents. - explain the well-being effects of digital media (digital gaming and social media). - explain the concepts of problematic digital gaming and problematic social media use, along with their well-being effects. - identify challenges related to the digital media environment. - support adolescents in the use of digital media to promote their health and well-being.
