Catalysis

The course is an independent entity. Physical chemistry II course recommended.

After completing the course, the student has learned the most important preparation methods of heterogeneous catalysts, as well as how prepared catalysts can be analyzed and what information can be obtained from them using different analyzing methods. The student can apply the knowledge learned in the course especially in heterogeneous catalysis water treatment techniques and has learned the most important things about heterogeneous catalysis.

Language: Course materials in English. Course assignments can be done in either Finnish or English. Timing: FM 1st or 2nd year. The course is implemented as an online course. The course can be completed in an optional period. No online tutoring or assessment in July. The course must be completed two months after the start.
