The students will know the methods of organizing social and health care, providing and organizing services, and case guidance, management and supervision in Finland. - They will be able to identify the main premises of social policy for the social service system. - The students will be able to monitor current social services action programs and how the structure of social services is being developed - The students will know the appropriate public, private sector and third sector services available to clients to promote health and well-being. - The students will understand the importance of information security in the service process and the employee's responsibility in maintaining information security and data protection.
