In this course you will get to familiarize yourself with key concepts of health and related phenomena.
You will learn about key concepts of health promotion and about national and international strategies for health promotion. You will get to know the recommendations for healthy nutrition and physical activity.

This course is a part of the course SN00CD26 Health Promotion and guidance (3 ECTS) and can be credited (1 ECTS).
