Sustainable Rural Social Entrepreneurship, MOOC

Undergraduate courses of entrepreneurship, business management, co-operation studies or microeconomics are recommended.

After finishing the course, the students are aware of the potential of Social enterprises (SE) and and Community based social enterprises (SBSE)  as tools of rural community development and they can use their knowledge in establishing new SEs/CBSEs, support or network with the existing ones.

This course has been developed  as a part of Erasmus+ project RuralCom Joint Master's Curriculum in Rural Community Development. The course has been created jointly by University of Helsinki (UH), Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Estonian University of Life Sciences (EMU), Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LLU) and Vytautas Magnus University (VMU)
