KiVANET: Chinese and Chinese Characters 2 – Online Course  (CEFR A1)

KK-KII005 Elementary Chinese 1 (4 cr) or at least 38 hours of equivalent study.

After completing the course, students are expected to be able to:
1. Learn more communicative situations in everyday life and work.  
2. Study how to express time and aspect in Chinese.
3. Gain a better understanding of Chinese culture.
4. Master more vocabulary and characters.

 Self-study online 135 h, completion of the agreed tasks by the deadline, voluntary online meetings and spoken exam at the end of the course.

Independent writing and speaking exercises, voluntary online meetings and a final spoken exam.
