A Workbook for the Entrepreneurial Journey
This workbook is an invitation to pause and reflect on your entrepreneurship. It encourages you to look ahead while also recognizing what already works. Growth does not always mean becoming bigger. Sometimes it means gaining clarity, setting boundaries or finding new ways to do familiar work. Risks are part of entrepreneurship, but they can be managed. Wellbeing is not secondary; it is the foundation. Networks are not an addition; they are a resource. When the entrepreneur herself is doing well and has the courage to develop her business, sustainable success will follow.

Entrepreneurship is rarely a straight path. It is more like a journey where at times you move forward with determination, and at times you pause to look around: what works, what feels stressful, what should be strengthened, and what you could let go of. This workbook is designed for anyone who wants to build a sustainable direction for their entrepreneurship that reflects who they are. This is suitable for you whether you are already an entrepreneur or considering it. It offers support especially in those moments when everyday life takes over, and you need clarity, encouragement, or practical tools for your next step.
The chapters of the workbook follow themes of growth, risk-taking, generating ideas, wellbeing, balancing everyday life, and networks.
In addition, you will get to know a fictional entrepreneur, Sanni, and the journey of her company, Siistijä Oy, illustrates different stages, choices, and turning points during entrepreneurship.
Use the workbook at your own pace, either section by section or as a complete journey. The aim is not to do everything at once or perfectly, but to find insights and actions that are meaningful to you.
