The course is aimed at students who are interested in improving their abilities to effectively and appropriately work and interact in various cultures. It prepares students for situations such as: working with foreigners, working abroad, working on internal projects and in teams, and dealing with workplace diversity. By the end of this course, students should be able to understand in-depth a concept of culture and evaluate its impact on individuals, teams, organizations, and management practices. The course allows students to increase their awareness of cultural differences. The course develops students’ skills in leading people in a global business environment, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating in diverse teams to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development.
